Volatile organic compound concentrator

SOLVENT CLEAN

It is a device that condenses low-concentration gas that is difficult to process and contains a large volume of volatile organic compounds (VOC) to a high concentration and small volume. The gas is condensed by a honeycomb-shaped filter with a small capacity and large surface area. By combining it with an organic solvent processing device, it is possible to efficiently process VOC that had previously been released into the atmosphere.
There are rotors available with different absorbents.

1. It can be processed at a low running cost
It is suitable for large flow-rate and low-concentration exhaust gas processing and can keep the overall running costs of a processing system low.
2. Top-class purification performance
It can remove up to 99% of the VOC components included in exhaust gas.
3. Achieves high concentrations
It can condense the concentration of VOC contained in exhaust gas by up to 3 to 30 times.
(In general, the concentration limit it can be condensed to is about 1/4 of the lower explosive limit.)
4. Low pressure loss
Its honeycomb structure means it has low pressure loss (= air flow resistance) and can process large air flow rates while reducing airflow power.
5. It can continuously process organic solvents
SOLVENT CLEAN uses a continuous rotation and generation method, and so compared to batch-type concentrators, there is little change in purification efficiency over time and it continuously delivers high purification performance.
6. It can process high-boiling-point solvents
It is possible to attach a high-temperature generator system that can remove solvents with a boiling point of 300°C that build up on the rotors. (The high-temperature generation system is an optional extra.)
7. Non-flammable
It is non-flammable because the materials that make up the rotors are all inorganic materials.
8. Easy to maintain
The structure of the rotor unit is simple and so it is easy to maintain.
