It is an ozone removing filter that is made by adding a high-performance catalyst to inorganic fiber paper or a carrier (honeycomb base material) with an aluminum foil frame. As a deodorizing functionality has also been added, it has a structure in which unpleasant odors are unlikely to be produced.

CHEMICAL GUARD

It is a filter that removes low-concentration gas (ammonia and acidic and organic gases), making it suitable for the likes of clean rooms and semiconductor manufacturing equipment. By applying Nichias’ exclusive honeycomb manufacturing technologies and having a large amount of adsorbent/functional material inside the wall, it can remove ultra-low-concentration (a few μg/m3) gas components with high efficiency.

NAFLON™ SLIDING PAD

Various slide bearing pads (sliding pads) are used to absorb the expansion and contraction that occurs in structures such as bridges or corridors between buildings.
NAFLON™ Sliding Pad, which uses filler-filled fluororesin (PTFE), is superior to conventional rubber pads, metal plates, roller bearings, etc. in many aspects such as low friction, high weather resistance and chemical resistance.

This is a hard friction material made primarily from fibers (organic fibers, inorganic fibers, etc.), to which binders (synthetic resins, etc.) and fillers are added, then molded under pressure and heat.
Since it is molded in a metal mold, it can be made into a variety of shapes.
It is an "industrial friction material" used for "brake linings, clutch linings, and clutch facings."

NA BELLOW-Q™

TOMBO™ No. 9999-NA

NA BELLOW-Q is a non-metallic flexible expansion joint that combines inorganic fiber cloth and PTFE and is used for various pipes and smoke airways such as ducts. It absorbs expansion and contraction, deformation, and movement from the heat swelling, vibrations, and pressure of large-diameter ducts and pipes.

NAFLON™ PTFE SINK

TOMBO™ No. 9500-M/-H

There are two types of NAFLON PTFE SINK: a seamless “one-piece molded square sink (TOMBO No.9500-M)” manufactured by hydraulic forming and a “welded type square sink (TOMBO No.9500-H)” that is made by welding an 8 to 25 mm sheet. Both can be manufactured with optional drainage slopes and drain holes on the bottom. The welded type, in particular, can be manufactured into shapes to suit your application without any need for a mold.
