RF BOARD is a product made by adding inorganic and organic binders to alumina fiber and then molding this into a board form.
As it is made of a fiber-based board, it has little heat storage volume. It can be used to design compact furnaces thanks to its excellent thermal insulation properties and workability.
Nichias has a lineup of various dense boards that are suitable for working temperatures of 1, 400°C to 1, 800°C or parts used in such an environment.
Therefore, it performs really well as a lining material for ultra-high-temperature electric furnaces and various high-temperature furnaces.

It is best suited to applications in semiconductor and liquid crystal industrial fields that require improved cleanliness.

The NAFLON PFA-AS (Anti-Static) Tube is a PFA-HG tube that has a striped conductive PFA part on the inside and outer layer.
It is a tube where the fluid inside is visible and it can prevent tube insulation breakdown due to transferring the likes of organic solvents, fuels, refrigerants, powders, and steams.

NAFLON™ PFA NE TUBE
TOMBO™ No. 9003-NE
The NAFLON PFA-NE (PFA: Tetrafluoroethylene Perfluoroalkoxy Ethylene Copolymer, NE: Non-Explosion) Tube is a tube in which the outer surface of Nichias’ PFA-HG (inner surface of smooth New PFA) Tube has a striped, conductive PFA part.
Due to the isolation benefits of the conductive PFA part, it is best suited to preventing fire accidents caused by the discharge of sparks from a combustible gas atmosphere onto the outer surface of the tube.
