It is made of alumina-based, high-temperature-resistant fibers, and has good heat resistance and compression recovery as well as excellent durability and retention performance.
Its retention can be controlled by its bulk density, and it can be used for a wide range of applications from thin wall catalytic supports that break easily to diesel particulate filters (DPF) that require top-class retention.
It is lightweight and has excellent flexibility.
It has excellent sealing performance against exhaust gas.
