NAFLON RPL Tube is a tube made by adding helix-shaped grooves to NAFLON PTFE Tube. It has outstanding flexibility, a small bending radius, low friction, and excellent non-adhesiveness. It is a tube with little fluid pressure loss and for which fluid is not susceptible to adhering to the inner tube walls.

PFA INJECTION MOLD PRODUCT is an injection molded product made of fluororesins (PFA, ETFE, PVDF) using advanced technology and excellent quality control.
It is suitable for cost reduction through the mass production of pumps, valve parts, semiconductor and FPD manufacturing equipment parts, and electronic components.

PFA ROTO MOLDED CONTAINER

PFA ROTO MOLDED CONTAINER is a bottle made from pure PFA using a rotation molding method. The cap is made of PTFE and can be attached to the likes of a coupler or joint to suit your application and sealed with an O-ring.

NAFLON™ DIAPHRAGM

It is a diaphragm made by molding and firing PTFE powder.
The manufacturing dimensions are a maximum of ™930 mm.

NAFLON Bent Tube is a tube that is manufactured by way of special bending machining. In addition to resolving leakage problems from using joints, it also dramatically reduces the amount of pressure loss.

CHEMICAL GUARD

TOMBO™ No. 8803-HC/-HA/-HT

It is a filter that removes low-concentration gas (ammonia and acidic and organic gases), making it suitable for the likes of clean rooms and semiconductor manufacturing equipment. By applying Nichias’ exclusive honeycomb manufacturing technologies and having a large amount of adsorbent/functional material inside the wall, it can remove ultra-low-concentration (a few μg/m3) gas components with high efficiency.

NAFLON™ PTFE SINK

TOMBO™ No. 9500-M/-H

There are two types of NAFLON PTFE SINK: a seamless “one-piece molded square sink (TOMBO No.9500-M)” manufactured by hydraulic forming and a “welded type square sink (TOMBO No.9500-H)” that is made by welding an 8 to 25 mm sheet. Both can be manufactured with optional drainage slopes and drain holes on the bottom. The welded type, in particular, can be manufactured into shapes to suit your application without any need for a mold.

It is made of PTFE, which boasts excellent heat resistance and a low friction coefficient, and is cut into shapes to suit all kinds of applications.
