It is not susceptible to scratches and has excellent flexibility.
It is used for flanges, valves, and equipment in comparatively hot temperatures.
For low-temperature fluids such as liquefied natural gas (LNG), Nichias recommends TOMBO No.1120-LN, which undergoes special treatment.

It is a standard grade joint sheet.
Nichias can manufacture large-diameter gaskets without joints at a maximum size of 3810 × 3810 mm (9S size).
It is used for flanges, valves, and equipment in comparatively low temperatures.

It has excellent heat resistance and steam resistance and is suitable for steam lines.

CLINSIL™ Clean

It can be used for a wide range of fluids such as acids, alkalis, oils, petrochemicals, organic solvents, hot oils, heat-transfer gases, and steam. (Except for some strong alkalis and acids.)
It has the best heat resistance among fluororesin gaskets.
It can also be used for parts that need electrical insulation.

SGM Gasket is a PTFE soft type gasket made of high-strength expanded PTFE.
As it is soft and has excellent adaptability, it can easily seal slightly uneven surfaces.
It can be used for almost all fluids that do not corrode PTFE.
It can also be used as an electrical insulation gasket.

It has great flexibility, making it suitable for parts that are not subject to high clamping force such as glass-lined pipes and resin pipes.

It is a gasket that is suitable for monomer lines.
In a radical polymerization environment, this product displays stable sealing performance over the long term by stopping monomer fluid from seeping into and remaining inside gaskets and causing the “flower blooming phenomenon” where the gasket breaks due to volume expansion.

ENVELOPE GASKET

TOMBO™ No. 9010series

A PTFE-wrapped gasket that is made by covering the core material such as a joint sheet with a PTFE outer skin.
The sealed surface is completely covered in a PTFE membrane. It has excellent anti-staining properties and chemical resistance, and therefore it is used for a broad range of applications including fine chemicals, petrochemicals, the pharmaceutical and food industry, and general manufacturing.
